Q: Where is the Food Service Office located?
A: The Food Service Office is located in the Student Union Building on the main floor, room 200E.
Q: What do I do if I lose my Student ID Card?
A: Call the Food Service office immediately to invalidate your card and avoid someone else using it. Go to the Food Service Office to obtain a Lost Card Voucher, which will be valid for 3 days. If your ID Card has not been found and returned to us, you will need to obtain a replacement at the ID Office located in Kirk Building. Replacement Fee is $20.00
Q: Why can’t my friend use my Meal Card?
A: This policy is for our protection since we have no way of knowing at the time if the card may be lost or stolen. If someone other than yourself uses your ID, it will be confiscated and YOU will be required to pay a $20.00 reprogramming fee.
Q: What do I do if my ID Card does not work properly?
A: Please go to the Food Service Office for assistance.
Q: How many times can I use my Meal Plan during the day?
A: As often as you would like but remember you want to make this last until the end of the semester.
Q: I left my Meal Card in my room. Can I still eat?
A: NO. For recording and identification purposes, you must have your Student ID Card to gain entry into the dining room for a meal.
Q: What if my ID Card is cracked, broken, or the picture is coming off?
A: If your card is in bad condition you must go to the ID Office in Kirk Building for a replacement card. There is no replacement cost for cards in poor condition as long as you have the card in your possession.

Approximate number of meals you should have at start of listed day.
